Moosehead Marathon
Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k and 5k

- Marathon will start at 930am
- Half Marathon will start at 1030am
- 10k will start at 11:15am
- 5k will start at 11:45am
Where / Location:
The start and finish areas will be at Greenville Consolidated Schools, located at 130 Pritham Ave, Greenville, ME 04441.
Parking will be available on-site.
Bib and T-Shirt Pickup:
- Saturday June 12th, 2026 (day before race): Pick up your bib and T-shirt at Greenville Consolidated School, located at 130 Pritham Ave, Greenville, Maine 04441 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Race Day: You can also pick up your bib and T-shirt on race day morning starting at 7:30 AM.

Two complete loops of the course (26.2 miles).
Elevation Gain: 1838 ft
5k
Runners / walkers will compete the first 3.1 miles of the Marathon Course
10k
Course Details:
Water and aid stations will be available along the course to support participants.
Bikers and cyclists are not permitted along the course during the race.
The full marathon has a 6-hour cutoff for completion.
The half marathon has a 5-hour cutoff for completion.
Both events will be completed by 330pm on race day.
The Moosehead Marathon will be hosting a Kids Fun Run the morning of the marathon at 8am. This is a fun way to bring the little ones into the excitement of running on race day. The distance will most likely be once around the high school track (maybe twice, depending on the ages of the children). Cost to participate is $5 each, and can be paid in cash in person on race day. All proceeds from this Fun Run will go to benefit the Greenville Recreation Department. This event will happen at the same Start / Finish hub as the marathon. There is no need to pre-register for the Kids Fun Run.
